e-Boks is a trusted digital platform connecting people, businesses and public authorities. We enable secure communication with citizens and customers, provide secure access through digital identity, and make important digital interactions simple and safe.


Built on Denmark’s experience in digitalisation, e-Boks helps organisations build trust in their digital services and make everyday interactions easier for the people we serve.


More than 30,000 private and public organisations use e-Boks. In 2025, 598 million documents were sent through the platform. e-Boks is represented in several countries and has a total of 25 million users globally.


Established in 2001, e-Boks is a Danish limited company owned by the private equity firm CataCap.
